The workshop inauguration included the participation of our President, Getulio Ibarra Leyva, together with Senator Emmanuel Reyes Carmona (Chair of the Senate Economy Committee) and Mtro. Fernando Díaz Barrero (Director General of Productive Development at the Ministry of Economy).
Their participation in the event does not constitute a certification, accreditation or formal endorsement of the program.
Implementation by Sectors
- Academic Sector (Universities and Institutes):Open access for institutions and organizations across the academic, public and private sectors, under social purpose criteria.
- Public and Private Sector:If applicable, recovery fee up to incurred operating cost, subject to ORNAPRODU accounting and tax validation (art. 80 LISR, rule 3.10.1.25 RMF). Exempt income CFDI without donee complement. Not a deductible donation.
The receipt covering the recovery fee may be deductible as a training expense under the LISR and applicable SAT rules, depending on each participant’s tax regime and situation. Such deductibility is not guaranteed nor total in all cases: it is subject to requirements, limits and validation by your tax advisor. It does not constitute a deductible donation.
